Event 1- THE BIG JERK!
Inspired by 2025 Arnold’s strongman classic! You will press a barbell from jerk blocks to lockout. Split jerks, behind the neck In front of the body anything goes!

Event 2- SANDBAG SAGA!
1 standard sandbag carried 15 m, 1 hussafell bag carried 15m , into a farmers walk 15m.

Event 3 - THE PSI WATERPROOFING DEADLIFT LADDER!
5 bars ascending in weights fastest to complete all 5 wins!

Event 4- SHOULDERING MEDLEY!
stone, keg, sandbag,sandbag! 1 rep of each fastest time to complete the course wins!

Event 5- HUSSAFELL CARRY FOR MAX DISTANCE!
hussafell shield picked from a plinth and carried around a 20m square course for maximum distance!
